I adapted a global marketer-education community into a regional account-engagement program, using practical learning and professional visibility as the way in to priority accounts.
Program foundation. Mobile Heroes combined app-marketing education with a professional community for marketers, monetization experts, and game developers.
Regional adaptation. I launched the program in South Korea, then extended it to Japan and Greater China. The regional approach connected useful learning and marketer visibility with account engagement.
Why it worked as ABM. Instead of relying on a single campaign touchpoint, the program created relevant ways to build relationships with customers and prospects in each market.
Lead regional business marketing and own product marketing across APAC, including China, and MENA. My work includes customer events, partner research, and regional product launches.
Customer event. Produced a VIP customer event with Adjust in MENA, pairing a hosted gathering with a live industry discussion.
Partner report. Authored, produced, and marketed the Bidease × Sensor Tower 2026 Middle East App Growth Report. It combines Sensor Tower market intelligence with survey insights from 400 regional app marketers to examine seasonal demand and growth trends across MENA.
Product marketing. Own product marketing alongside regional business marketing, including product positioning and a publisher monetization launch; partner with Product and Sales and establish APAC KPIs and operating rhythms.
Result. Increased top-of-funnel demand 5.2×. My APAC remit includes China, alongside MENA.
Led a multi-region team and built a channel-performance framework to evaluate marketing investment. Scaled localized webinar and customer programs across APAC and other regions.
Marketing performance. Built and standardized an analysis framework for Q4 2021–Q3 2022, then used Salesforce reports and Tableau workbooks to assess inbound, webinars, events, and paid media against opportunities, engagement, and net revenue. The analysis informed ROI and investment decisions.
Regional programs. Produced 60+ webinars over three years; these accounted for over 60% of revenue influenced by marketing campaigns. The Japan/Korea Dinner Club was a separate customer program and ran 12 times.
Results. Marketing sourced 80% of new accounts during 2.54× global revenue growth.
Team. Led the 11-person global marketing team and partnered with Sales, Product, and Growth.
Led regional go-to-market for a B2B AI SaaS platform: reframed the website across 31 product and differentiator pages, launched AI Copilot with product and sales assets, and supported the $10M Series A announcement.
Positioning & launch. Reworked Momos’ platform positioning and produced 31 new product and differentiator pages with a two-designer team. For AI Copilot, the launch covered the homepage, a dedicated product page, and new sales-enablement material.
Communications. Led the 2024 $10M Series A announcement, positioning Momos as an AI Customer Platform; direct media outreach resulted in exclusive coverage by Tech in Asia and Axios.
Results. The Customer Marketing Solution reached $700K ARR within two quarters; the AI Copilot platform drove 5× pipeline growth across APAC. Led regional go-to-market and a team of five.
Led APAC market-entry, field, customer, and publisher programs at App Annie from 2015 to 2019.
Programs. Launched China Android app-usage metrics, leading to a new market opportunity; led the Decode event series across seven APAC cities; and ran Top Publisher Awards programs.
Results. Regional programs exceeded revenue targets by 125% for four consecutive quarters; integrated demand work improved lead-to-opportunity conversion 5.9×. Delivered 12+ large-scale events annually for audiences of 1,000+.
Team. Led APAC marketing and a team of four.
Operating model
The through-line in my work: choose where to focus, build with Sales, create for local buyers, and make performance visible enough to improve.
Start with regional context, market maturity, customer needs, and account priorities before choosing the program mix.
Co-plan customer programs and executive experiences with Sales; align each moment to a clear audience and next step.
Translate the value story across APAC markets, including China, while keeping regional execution connected to the global narrative.
Make source, progression, ROI, and learning visible so teams can optimize investment rather than report activity alone.
Lead distributed teams through clear priorities, coaching, shared standards, and the willingness to execute alongside them.
Use my adtech, SaaS, and AI product-marketing background to turn a complex product into a credible buyer conversation.
About
I’m a Singapore- and Dubai-based marketing leader with 14 years of experience across adtech, SaaS, digital platforms, and AI products. I have led APAC market strategy and field programs, owned product marketing, built distributed teams, and partnered with Sales and Product leaders to connect the work to business outcomes.
My regional experience includes South Korea, Japan, Greater China, Southeast Asia, India, and Australia / New Zealand, with MENA responsibility in current and recent roles. I work fluently in English and Korean.
I’m most energized by ambitious teams that want to make a new category understandable, earn customer trust, and build a repeatable way to grow across markets.
